Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a chilled Irish Coffee Cocktail. Our Irish Coffee Cocktail is easy to prepare and tastes rich, creamy, and very refreshing. Charleston Coffee Roasters Chilled Irish Coffee Cocktail

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces Irish Whiskey or Bourbon

1/3 cup strongly brewed coffee, chilled (we recommend Charleston Coffee Roasters’ Charleston Organic Blend)

1 tablespoon brown sugar

Ice

2 tablespoons heavy cream

1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

Coffee beans, for garnish

Instructions

  1. To make the cocktail, place the whiskey, coffee, brown sugar, and a scoop of ice in a shaker. Shake vigorously, then strain into a chilled martini glass.
  2. Using a whisk or a hand-held milk frother, whip the heavy cream with the vanilla extract until thickened slightly.
  3. Carefully pour the cream on top of the cocktail then garnish with coffee beans.
