Can I add, delete, or change the products in my subscription?

Yes! You have the ability to add or delete products as you wish. Fully customize your subscription and explore all the different coffees that we have to offer. You’ll never get bored or tired of the same coffee over and over. You won’t be locked into whatever you used to create your initial subscription. After you create your first subscription, login to your account, then click on My Subscription to manage, add or delete products in your subscription.

Can I change product quantities in my subscription?

Yes! You can easily change product quantities for all products in your subscription. After a subscription is established, login to your account, then click on My Subscription to increase or decrease product quantities in your subscription. You can also add or change products in your account too!

Can I change my subscription frequency?

Yes! In your account, you have the ability to change how often your subscription gets delivered. You can increase or decrease frequency as needed by selecting a delivery frequency between 1 and 6 week intervals. Login to your account, then click on My Subscription to manage how often you receive your coffee shipments.

Can I change my future shipment date?

Yes! In your account, click on My Subscription to change when your next order ships. If you’re running low on coffee you can move your next shipment date up. Alternatively, you can move your next shipment if you’re going to be out of town or have too much of our slow roasted coffee.

Can I pause my subscription?

Given some of the limitations of our subscription system, we currently don’t have a pause feature. If you need a break from the subscription, changing the shipment date will be your best option.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes! If you no longer want your coffee subscription to be active, you can cancel your subscription via your account. Canceled subscriptions will be archived and still viewable in the subscriptions section of your account. You can easily reactivate a subscription and go through the checkout process to restart deliveries of our slow roasted coffee.

How much do I save when I subscribe?

You will receive a 15% discount when you subscribe (not valid on Coffee of the Month Club). From time to time, we also offer subscribers special or exclusive promotions.

How much does shipping cost?

For regular deliveries, we offer free shipping on all orders $40 or more. For orders with only one or two bags of coffee or with a shopping cart value less than $40, you will be charged a shipping fee specifically for your zip code. During checkout, you will choose your preferred shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx), and you will be charged a discounted rate (vs. carrier’s published rates) to deliver to your specific mailing address. We encourage you to adjust your order quantities to receive free shipping. We also offer a two day shipping option which you can choose at checkout.

How do I update my credit card information?

Click the “Account” icon in the upper right corner of our home page and then select My Subscription. To change your credit card for an active subscription, you must do so while navigating from the subscription tab first and then update your credit card information associated with your active subscription.

How do I update my shipping address?

Click the “Account” icon in the upper right corner of our home page. Then select “Addresses” in the left navigation to change your address.
