This unique single origin organic roast is from the hills surrounding Lake Kivu in western Rwanda. The beans are grown and processed by the Coopac cooperative in rich black volcanic soil at high altitudes using all organic methods. The medium roast profile allows the bright citrus flavors of lemon and sweet orange to shine, along with fruit and floral notes of raspberry and hibiscus. The rich mouth feel and smooth lingering finish has just a touch of brown sugar sweetness.
