Coffee Profile
A particularly pure and plush single origin from Peru that is flavorful and aromatic. We roast it to a medium profile to keep it light-bodied and creamy, but still draw out the subtle nut and citrus tones. It has a round smooth finish that keeps enticing you back for another sip.
