Coffee Profile
Mexico is one of the largest producers of organic coffees in the world and because of its proximity, the United States typically receives the bulk of these delicious beans. Originating from the Southern regions of Mexico, our Organic Mexican is a reflection of the hot sun and the soft, moveable earth of its birthplace. The coffee displays a sweet nuttiness and a touch of caramel with the underlying tones of semi-sweet chocolate, hothouse blackberries and walnuts.

This, to me, is a perfect dark roast – no reason to go darker than this. All the flavors listed above are dead on. Expect chocolate, caramel, and all your dark roast favorites. Great hot, and even better as a cold brew. Not much to complain about here, for me a top five pick from CCR.
