Grown at altitudes of over 4,000 feet on the sides of volcanoes where rich soil and high altitude combine to allow these beans to mature producing a coffee that is crisp and bright with hints of refreshing citrus. Organic Honduran: Honduras, a very agricultural country, produces coffees grown in shade and perfect climate, and are known for having a smooth and clean flavor profile. This single estate coffee is grown in the Copan region, near the borders of Guatemala. Our single origin Organic Honduran has a good mixture of fruity brightness and smooth sweetness. It has notes of citrus and caramel, and a rich creamy body.
