Coffee Profile
Our Ethiopian coffee is from the Yirgacheffe region in the district of Gedeb within the Gedeo zone, approximately 400 kilometers south of Addis Ababa. The beans are sourced from METAD, a family-owned, community-conscious company which possess a high-quality standard for both their beans as well as the treatment of their employees. We roast this coffee to a lighter profile, in order to preserve and enhance the natural fruit-forward flavor of the bean. It possesses a mild body that is very smooth, bright and pleasant. This bean has a unique berry flavor that is hard to miss, with a citrus finish and floral aroma.
