Coffee Profile
Beach House Blend: Colombian French, Sumatra, and Mexican beans combine to make this dark, French roast a delightfully smooth coffee. Inspired by author Mary Alice Monroe’s beloved Beach House series, this limited edition blend was first introduced in Summer 2021 to celebrate the release of Ms. Monroe’s best-seller, The Summer of Lost and Found.
Colombia French Roast: Our French Roasted Colombian uses our single origin Colombian beans which come from the Cundinamarca region. The deep roast profile brings out the bold chocolate flavors with hints of smoke, and a rich and full taste on the tongue.
Organic Sumatra: Full, rich and invitingly smooth with hints of chocolate makes this one of our most popular coffees. Sumatran beans are typically dark-roasted to highlight their full bodies and low acidity. These unique characteristics are a result of wet-hulling, the most common processing method used by Sumatran farmers. Since the climate in this Indonesian island is so moist, farmers partially dry the beans on site and then twice more after leaving the farm, thus producing a rich, complex flavor and aroma.
