We’re excited to share our first Limited Release from Colombia. Grown in the Huila region, which is famous for producing some of the country’s most celebrated coffees, this one feels both special and comfortingly familiar.
Its Pink Bourbon variety and honey process bring a beautiful balance of sweetness and structure to the cup. Each sip unfolds gently, revealing notes of graham cracker, oats, honey, malt, and raisin. It’s layered without being complicated; just a truly enjoyable coffee that keeps you coming back for another taste.
