Charleston Coffee Roasters Cupid's Coffee Iced Coffee Recipe with Daysie Madagascar Vanilla Syrup

On Valentine’s Day (or any day!), start your day with an “I love you moment”.

Try this iced coffee recipe made with fresh raspberries, Charleston Coffee Roaster’s Tanzanian Peaberry coffee, and topped with a cloud-like topping.

CUPID’s Coffee 

Raspberry Syrup

1/3 cup of fresh raspberries
1 tablespoon Daysie vanilla syrup or other vanilla syrup
1/4 tablespoon water

  1. Heat in a saucepan over medium low heat and simmer for about 5 minutes (berries begin to breakdown)
  2. Strain out seeds
  3. Set aside

Raspberry Cold Foam

Heavy cream
Raspberry syrup

  1. Using an electric whisk, whip for 2 minutes until fluffy

Coffee

Brew Charleston Coffee Roasters Tanzanian Peaberry coffee the way you like it (we recommend French Press, pour over such as Chemex, or use an automatic drip coffeemaker)

Final Presentation

In a glass, add heart-shaped ice cubes and ½ cup of Charleston Coffee Roasters Coffee. Layer with raspberry syrup cold foam and garnish with fresh raspberries or conversation hearts!
