Try this iced coffee recipe made with fresh raspberries, Charleston Coffee Roaster’s Tanzanian Peaberry coffee, and topped with a cloud-like topping featuring Daysie Madagascar Vanilla Syrup.

CUPID’s COFFEE ICED COFFEE WITH DAYSIE MADAGASCAR VANILLA SYRUP
1/3 cup of fresh raspberries
1 tablespoon Daysie vanilla
1/4 tablespoon water
- Heat in a saucepan over medium low heat and simmer for about 5 minutes (berries begin to breakdown)
- Strain out seeds
- Set aside
Raspberry Cold Foam
- Using an electric whisk, whip for 2 minutes until fluffy
Brew Charleston Coffee Roasters Tanzanian Peaberry coffee the way you like it (we recommend French Press, pour over such as Chemex, or use an automatic drip coffeemaker)
In a glass, add heart-shaped ice cubes and ½ cup of Charleston Coffee Roasters Coffee. Layer with raspberry syrup cold foam and garnish with fresh raspberries or conversation hearts!
