Brown Sugar Cinnamon Latte

There’s something undeniably comforting about the warm, familiar flavors of brown sugar and cinnamon—especially when paired with a cozy cup of coffee. Our Brown Sugar Cinnamon Latte* brings together those nostalgic notes with the smooth, balanced richness of our Beach House Blend, a special coffee created in collaboration with beloved Lowcountry author Mary Alice Monroe. Known for her bestselling Beach House series, Mary Alice captures the beauty, rhythm, and warmth of coastal living—qualities that inspired this unique blend.

Crafted to complement quiet mornings, book club chats, or seaside sunrises, Beach House Blend is a dark French roast with richness and subtle sweetness—perfect for lattes and flavored sips alike. In this recipe, we’ve paired it with cinnamon-spiced grounds and a swirl of brown sugar to create a cozy latte that tastes like summer and fall all at once.

Whether you’re a longtime fan of Mary Alice Monroe’s novels or just discovering this special brew, this latte is a simple, satisfying way to bring the charm of the Carolina coast into your kitchen. 3. Steam and froth milk:
Use your steam wand to heat and froth the milk until creamy and foamy.
