We are committed to freshness. All orders received before 2:30pm Monday through Friday will be roasted the next business day. We aim to ship it that same day.
We generally use UPS. Their delivery rates and schedules based on geographic region. We are not responsible for increases in UPS prices. For more information on UPS policies and delivery schedules go to http://www.ups.com/. UPS will NOT deliver to post office boxes. If you want us to use US Postal Service please call in your order and specify. For international shipping or local delivery services, please contact us.
If an order comes in damaged or you get the wrong order, please call us and we will replace it. Save the box and packaging for UPS inspection or return!
