This method produces a coffee concentrate. We recommend using 1 part concentrate to 3 parts water. You can adjust this ratio to meet your taste.
Ingredients
- 8 oz of Charleston Coffee Roasters Special Iced Coffee Blend or your favorite Charleston Coffee Roasters coffee
- 5 Cups (40 oz) of Cold Water - We recommend using filtered or Spring Water

- Spoon
- Strainer
- Cheese Cloth or Large Filter - You can use paper towels
Step 1
- Pour the coffee into one of the glass pitchers/containers

Step 3
- Line the strainer with the cheese cloth or place filter or paper towels in strainer
- Place strainer over empty glass pitcher/container
- Pour coffee liquid through the cheese cloth, filter or paper towel
